This multifaceted role seeks a highly organized and results-driven Junior Civil Engineer to join our Development & Construction team. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality construction projects across the Group’s portfolio, ensuring delivery in line with corporate quality standards, timelines, and budgetary objectives.
The ideal candidate will support the effective management and supervision of construction activities, assist in multidisciplinary coordination, and contribute to structured corporate reporting processes. The position also requires regular travel to project sites.
Junior Civil Engineer
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Support project and construction management functions across multiple active developments.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved construction schedules and budgets.
- Assist in on-site construction supervision, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain corporate reports, including construction timelines, cost tracking, and budget compilations.
- Coordinate effectively with external consultants, including Architects, Structural Engineers, and MEP Engineers, to ensure alignment and timely resolution of technical matters.
- Review technical documentation and provide support regarding MEP systems and infrastructure works.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
