An International Investment Group with brand-new offices in Glyfada is expanding its innovation and design team. We are looking for a motivated Architect / Interior Architect who is eager to develop their skills, contribute fresh ideas, and grow within a fast-moving and collaborative organization.
This role is perfect for young professionals who are passionate about design, innovation, and creating inspiring spaces.
What You’ll Do
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll work across the concept and design development stages of projects, helping turn creative ideas into real, functional environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and supporting bids for new projects
- Understanding project goals, requirements, and user experience within the space
- Developing preliminary design concepts and layouts, including electrical plans
- Selecting materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and fixtures
- Preparing detailed design plans using industry software
- Producing space plans and technical drawings
- Creating project timelines and assisting with cost estimation
- Supporting fee negotiations and scheduling for projects
- Ordering materials and coordinating installation of design elements
- Supervising and supporting on-site project execution
- Developing practical and aesthetically pleasing environmental plans
- Coordinating subcontractors for fabrication, installation, and finishing works
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking ambitious early-career designers who are eager to learn and grow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture or a related field
- Strong drawing, design, and model-making abilities
- AutoCAD proficiency (space planning, technical detailing, joinery detailing)
- Experience or interest in 3D modeling (SketchUp or similar) is desirable
- Strong creativity with a minimalistic and modern design approach
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for design and a drive to deliver outstanding results
