Area Service & Parts Engineer

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong technical background in the HVAC or Plumbing/Pipes industry to join our team as an Area Service & Parts Engineer.

If you have a proactive mindset, enjoy visiting clients, and know how to "talk the language" of technicians and installers, we want to meet you.

The responsibilities of the Area Service & Parts Engineer are the following:

•  Regularly visit and monitor external service centers to ensure service level harmonization and consistency of standards.
• Maintain and strengthen relations with existing service partners while identifying and assessing new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Provide technical guidance, implement platforms/trainings for customers, and identify training needs across the network.
• Manage the fixed-price catalogue, monitor stock levels, and oversee the implementation of corporate service systems.

For the Area Service & Parts Engineer position, you need to have:   

• Degree in Engineering or a related field 
• At least 3-5 years of experience in after-sales, technical sales, or spare parts management.
• Very good command of the Greek and English language
• Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office
• Technical knowledge on Plumbing and HVAC systems
