ICAP Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading company both in electricity production and supply and in gas supply, for a professional to cover the following position:

Store Manager (Ref. 4120/SM/RS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meeting sales goals and ensuring high levels of customers’ satisfaction by training, motivating and providing feedback to sales staff
• Preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
• Managing all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
• Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share

Candidate profile:

• Degree in Business or Social Sciences
• At least 3 years of experience in retail store. Services background will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Very good leadership and people management skills
• Business and result oriented
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent handling of PC and Microsoft office
• Excellent command of the English language
