Gundari, a 5 star luxury resort on the stunning island of Folegandros in the Cyclades, is looking for an experienced SpaTherapist / Yoga Practitioner to lead its spa operations for the 2026 season. Job requirements and key responsibilities

This is an important dual role of leading yoga classes and providing spa therapies in the Wellness Department.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a spa or resort, preferably in a 5-star environment.
• Accreditation in Beauty, Massage Therapy or other relevant qualification.
• Certifications in yoga instruction
• Outstanding performance in the delivery of spa treatments, including massages, body treatments and facial therapy following precise standards and protocols.
• Confidently lead yoga classes for guests, tailored to various levels, promoting relaxation and wellness.
• A dedication to delivering a premium customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills and making guests feel welcome with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintaining hygiene standards and ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment and back-of-house areas.
• Ensuring treatment rooms are fully stocked and presented according to our high standards.
• Acknowledge and respond to customer queries, needs and expectations.
• Promote retail product sales and additional services to support guest needs.
• Other complementary qualifications and skills will be highly regarded – for example, physiotherapy, naturopathy, personal fitness training, meditation.
• A positive outlook and a genuine desire to be of service
• Current first aid certification (not essential)
• Basic computer and administration skills, including experience using spa scheduling software, will be an asset.
• Flexibility with working shifts, including weekends
• Other complementary qualifications and skills will be highly regarded – for example, physiotherapy, yoga, naturopathy, meditation
