HR Recruiter

Sani S.A., a Complex of 5* hotels & a Private Marina in Chalkidiki, due to our continued expansion, we seek to recruit a professional at the position of HR Recruiter (SHRR17).

Job Description
The Human Resources Recruiter will assist in organizing, implementing and controlling the overall recruitment process of the company.

Responsibilities
• Screen, evaluate and interview candidates to fill open positions as per Hotel’s budget needs
• Search new hospitality institutions in Greece and abroad and contribute on building a strong network of cooperating contacts, agencies and former employees
• Organize and attend job fairs and Career Days to recruit and identify qualified candidates
• Travel and present the company to hospitality institutions and agencies
• Oversee the company’s Social Media pages

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience required; prior experience within the hospitality industry will be preferred
• Degree in Human Resources or relevant field will be an asset
• Excellent command of English language
• PC literate
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
• Team player and capable to work under pressure
