Job description
- Work with the Private Chef to continually ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, productivity and professionalism at highest level
- Maintaining a neat and clean workplace
- Available to work with a flexible schedule
- Support team to reach common goals
- Responsible for table setup as well as collecting and washing dishes, glasses, cutlery etc
- Responsible for serving the meals as well as preparing basic drinks,cofffe etc
- Ensure correct stocking
- Ensure that Health and safety standards are met
- On time to time basis she / he may also be required to perform other reasonable job activities as requested by the Manager or the Private Chef
Qualifications:
- Preferably with 2 years in the proffession in a 5* property in the hospitality industry or in a Restaurant
- Good Greek and English communication skills are required
- Strong sense of responsibility
