As an HR Generalist:
📌Your mission:
- Act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers for day-to-day queries and guidance.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication & feedback).
- Support hiring managers in defining role profiles and selection criteria.
- Organize and deliver a smooth onboarding & induction experience for new hires.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, amendments, letters, certifications) in alignment with internal guidelines.
- Support internal HR communications (announcements, updates, HR-related content on internal channels).
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across business units to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to culture, engagement, recognition and wellbeing.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider HR team on group-wide initiatives and activities.
📚What You Need:
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist / HR Officer role, preferably in an organized, fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of core HR processes and practices.
- Very good command of English (written & spoken).
- Strong PC skills (MS Office).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service- and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in IT / technology / multi-company or growing organizations.
- Experience in recruitment coordination or employer branding activities.
- Postgraduate studies in HRM or a related field.
