Sweets Distribution Roshen SM Ltd. is the official Greek subsidiary responsible for the import, commercial development, and sales of the ROSHEN brand in the Greek market.

In line with growing business needs and the company’s continued focus on strengthening commercial reporting, planning, and operational support, Sweets Distribution Roshen SM Ltd. is currently seeking to hire a Commercial Analysis & Sales Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analyses, reports, and dashboards related to the company’s commercial performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales, stock levels, promotions, target achievement, performance indicators, and key KPIs
  • Support operational and strategic planning through accurate, timely, and well-structured reporting
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, estimation, and purchase planning
  • Develop, maintain, and improve reporting tools, files, models, and templates that support the daily work of the sales team
  • Work with commercial software, ERP systems, and internal databases to validate, process, and structure data
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy, consistency, and reliability across commercial data and reporting
  • Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities through detailed analysis

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • highly analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • confident working with large volumes of data and complex data relationships
  • able to translate raw data into clear, useful, and actionable business insight
  • commercially minded and capable of understanding the business logic behind the numbers
  • disciplined, accurate, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • able to quickly integrate into the role and add value from the outset

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the same or a highly similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience in commercial analysis, reporting, sales operations, forecasting, and planning
  • Advanced practical knowledge of Excel
  • Very strong command of Power Pivot and Power Query
  • In-depth understanding of the functions, logic, and capabilities of Excel, Power Pivot, and Power Query, with the ability to apply them independently and effectively in a real business environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain complex reports, formulas, pivot structures, data models, and linked tables
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs, sales performance, stock levels, and other commercial metrics
  • Good command of English
  • Experience working with ERP systems, commercial software, or reporting systems

Additional Assets

  • Previous experience in FMCG, distribution, or another fast-paced commercial environment
  • Practical experience in sales planning, purchasing planning, and inventory control
  • Experience building reporting tools that directly support sales teams and business decision-making
