We are an architectural firm, seeking a highly organized and responsible Back Office Employee to join our team. The role supports the daily operation of the office through administrative coordination, invoice handling, payment follow-up and close collaboration with our external accounting partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling daily office administration, including calls, meetings, minutes when needed, travel arrangements, presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
- Keeping the office organized and well-maintained, including stationery, equipment, supplies, cleaning and other procurement needs.
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems, office contracts and personnel records.

- Identifying opportunities to improve office procedures and proposing practical solutions.
