A well-established hospitality group is launching a new high-end culinary concept in the iconic Remezzo location in Mykonos, presenting a project with a distinct gastronomic identity.

Developed in collaboration with Consulting Chef Vangelis Leousis, the concept combines premium Greek ingredients with refined Japanese techniques through a contemporary international perspective.

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute dishes according to the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards
  • Manage and organize your assigned section efficiently
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials in line with food safety standards
  • Contribute to smooth and professional kitchen operations during service

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts

  • Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen

  • Strong technical skills and ability to manage a section independently

  • Professionalism, consistency, and ability to perform under pressure
