Sapphō is a new restaurant & nightlife concept opening in Mykonos, at the iconic former Remezzo location.
The concept is developed by the team behind Alemagou Mykonos, in collaboration with Executive Chef Vangelis Leousis, combining elements of Greek and Japanese cuisine.
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute dishes according to the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards
- Manage and organize your assigned section efficiently
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials in line with food safety standards
