Sales - Export Account Manager FMCG

One of the largest table olive and fruit processing industries in Greece, is seeking to expand its Export Sales team with a dynamic Export Account Manager.

The role focuses exclusively on international markets, managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the company’s global commercial growth.

This is a strategic role within a fast-paced FMCG industrial environment, requiring direct communication with major international clients, distributors, and retailers.

The position is onsite in Larissa and requires relocation.

• 2–4 years of experience in FMCG industrial exports, sales, or international key account management.
• Proven track record in managing B2B overseas accounts (retailers, distributors, importers).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of export workflows, pricing structures, forecasts, product specifications, and tender procedures.
• Strong PC skills, including Excel (pricing, projections, margin calculations).
• Experience with project and timeline management, coordinating internally with production, logistics, QA, and finance.
• Ability to travel abroad for client meetings and trade fairs.
• Strong analytical thinking, reliability, and professional communication style.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Larissa.
