Role Overview
We are looking for a design-driven Architect with strong aesthetic vision, hands-on design skills, and excellent knowledge of the Greek Building Code (ΝΟΚ).
This role requires an architect who actively designs, develops architectural concepts and drawings, and ensures that all designs are fully compliant from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design development across all project phases.
- Create concept designs, layouts, detailed architectural drawings and presentations.
- Ensure designs comply with the Greek Building Code (ΝΟΚ) and project constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams.
- Support accurate design implementation through site coordination.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and contribute to design reviews.
