Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join our team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will assist clients throughout the sales and rental process while delivering exceptional customer service and professional advice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations to understand property requirements
Facilitate residential and commercial property sales and rentals
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout transactions
Maintain professional communication with clients, buyers, and sellers
Organise and conduct property viewings
Negotiate agreements and secure successful outcomes
Address client enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate consultancy or property sales
Strong communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated sales success and negotiation abilities
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline
