As a Mobility Operations Specialist your main responsibilities include :
- Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email
- Deliver customer service by managing the replacement process end-to-end
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and operational standards
- Share customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational performance
- Allocate vehicles to reservations by effectively balancing specific customer requirements with operational cost efficiency
- Align consistently with external service partners and Rent-a-Car suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Resolve customer concerns and manage complaint handling processes to ensure maximum satisfaction and timely resolution
- Organize daily operational schedules to ensure seamless vehicle preparation and timely delivery to all customers
- Provide on-site support at the mobility station by managing vehicle pick-ups and conducting thorough return inspections
