On behalf of our clients, two well-established hotels in Athens, WorknGrow is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 12-month employment opportunity.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on professional to oversee and coordinate the maintenance operations across both hotel properties, ensuring smooth functionality, safety, and efficiency of all facilities.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high operational standards, supervising technical work, and supporting the overall performance of the Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Engineering and Maintenance operations across both hotel properties
- Support the management of all building systems including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems
- Ensure all equipment operates at optimal efficiency, performance, and safety standards
- Establish and manage effective preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with all engineering policies, standards, and procedures
- Monitor and control maintenance-related expenses in line with budget targets
- Participate in the selection and evaluation of equipment, materials, and supplies
- Inspect and assess the condition of hotel facilities to determine maintenance needs
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, painting works, and equipment replacements when required
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Plan, schedule, and evaluate preventive maintenance activities
- Prioritize property maintenance needs across both units
- Ensure continuous communication and coordination between all operational departments
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Engineering, Building & Construction, Mechanics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering roles (hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
