Position Overview
We are looking for an Experience Designer Officer
to join our team. This role is central to our business, as you will be
responsible for designing, structuring, and organizing the experiences we
offer. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that every product
is attractive, well-presented, and costed properly for market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and package travel, leisure, and lifestyle
experiences for sales channels
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure products
are understood and well-communicated to clients
- Research and negotiate with
suppliers (hotels, yachts, DMCs, activity providers) and prepare
costings/pricing
- Ensure all product details are accurate and aligned with
company standards
- Monitor trends and propose innovative experiences to
enhance our portfolio
- Travel when necessary for inspections, supplier
relations, and product development
- Prepare seasonal product plans (higher
workload during summer season)
