dynamic, results-driven and service-oriented Luxury Leisure Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team!

About the Role:
Reporting directly
to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Luxury Leisure Sales
Manager is responsible for driving leisure revenue by attracting high-end
travelers, luxury tour operators, travel advisors, and premium lifestyle
brands. The role focuses on positioning the hotel as a top-tier luxury
destination in Corfu while maximizing occupancy, ADR, and long-term brand
partnerships.
Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Develop and execute the luxury
leisure sales strategy in line with the hotel’s annual revenue and positioning
goals
- Drive room revenue through
luxury tour operators, wholesale partners, and high-end travel agents (FIT
& leisure groups)
- Manage contracted business and
ensure optimal performance of all leisure accounts
- Represent the hotel in
international roadshows, luxury travel fairs, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong
relationships with luxury travel agents, consortia (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature,
Traveller Made), tour operators, and luxury lifestyle partners
- Conduct regular account
reviews, negotiations, and contract renewals
- Coordinating and hosting
familiarization (FAM) trips and educational stays on the hotel premises, as
required
- Manage sales budgets related
to leisure travel, events, and promotions
Role Requirements & Person Specification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury leisure sales
within a 5* hotel or luxury resort environment
- Strong network of luxury travel agents and tour
operators (international experience preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and
interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and
attention to detail
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong
advantage)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Work remotely
