We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PA to CLO & Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the Legal & Compliance function, providing administrative and secretarial support to the CLO and paralegal support to other team members.


Your main purpose:

  • CLO Agenda Management: Oversee and manage the CLO’s agenda, prioritizing appointments and reallocating as necessary. Ensure the CLO is well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, facilitating effective time management
  • Administrative and Office Support: Maintain the CLO’s contacts, office systems, data management, and filing. Assist in research and follow-up actions related to the CLO's responsibilities, managing confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Meeting and Travel Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and business trips. Prepare agendas and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Financial and Document Management: Process invoices and expenses promptly, create purchase orders and delivery notes in the ERP system, and handle personal/family arrangements as needed
  • Legal and Compliance Support: Provide paralegal support to the Legal and Compliance Department, including managing document repositories, drafting legal documents, proofreading, formatting, and redlining documents, and assisting with contract management and research tasks
  • Communication and Documentation: Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other essential documents. Manage the signature process for legal documents and compile data for research purposes, ensuring efficient communication flow within the department

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant role, with additional experience in paralegal or legal administrative tasks being highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Capacity to anticipate needs, initiate tasks proactively, and manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in English, Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP systems related to financial and document management
