AUM is looking for a sharp associate for its boutique hotels,Mona, located in the center of Athens. With an impeccable sense of hospitality and attention to detail, the ideal candidate will undertake hosting duties at our unique residences. We are looking for someone who will be able to appreciate and demonstrate the high craftsmanship, art, and design qualities of our projects, while attending to an eclectic clientele, ensuring all operations are carried through with exceptional manners.
The innovative concept of the property requires multitasking.This position is essential for ensuring
guest satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience during their stay at our hotels.
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions as requested
- Deliver requested items to guest rooms promptly and accurately, such as roomservice orders, amenities, and packages
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely delivery of requested items and upkeep of guest rooms
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and guest lounges
- Assist in food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and clearing tables as needed
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and guest confidentiality at all times
- Assistance in setup and operational need for events occurring in the hotel
- Receiving and sorting supply orders
Essential requirements
- 1+ year(s) experience as a front desk agent
- Experience in reservations
- Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented skills
- Excellent command of both Greek and English language
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Hospitality / Tourism Management
- Knowledge of figures and commercial awareness
- Sales driven
- Attention to detail and adaptability
- Knowledge of Ermis/Protel is desirable
