Meet the team
As a Property Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance team. We work every day to improve and learn, while we have committed to continuous training and personal development of each member of the team. What is the challenge?
• Oversee and supervise the maintenance of the housing, warehouse and overall personnel area.
• Supervise minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls of the personnel facilities.
• Delegate and monitor the repairing process
• Supervise the maintenance of the grounds, including garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc.
• Inspecting and troubleshooting various equipment and systems
• Testing the functionality of the facility’s safety systems
• Collaborating with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions
• Reporting to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress
