As an Administrative/Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the relationships with our international distributors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Role Responsibilities:
- Managing the relationships with our international distributors
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Overseeing production processes
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Report to upper management
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in business / High School Diploma
- 2+ years work experience in the administrative field
- Experiencing in managing customer relationships
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal; and communication skills
- Attention to details
- Computer skills including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, EXCEL
- Fluency in English and Greek
