Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our forces in Thessaloniki.

The candidate will be focusing on our clients campaigns and reports. The daily schedule will contain actions and helping in creating, monitoring and managing campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other platforms (Tik Tok - Pinterest, etc), aiming at achieving the best results for our clients.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with extensive knowledge and thorough understanding of PPC and Social Media.

Remote working is available, we use hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads,Tiktok Ads and other digital channels
• Conceptualize and implement optimization strategies and tests for SEM & SMM campaigns
• Optimize keywords, bid strategy & targeting
• Implement Data Analysis to proactively and creatively identify new opportunities.
• Keep up to date with performance marketing best practices and strategies
• Manage client relationship and expectations
• Work in a team to deliver results, among with other departments

Qualifications/Experience:

• at least 2 years of proven working experience in Performance Marketing
• Knowledge of Digital Analytics tools
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, display advertising, social media technology, and cross-channel marketing
• Able to identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment, good under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Be able to take initiative and be responsible while taking ownership on accounts
• Excellent external and internal communication skills, team player
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Take part in clients strategy presentations
