Security Engineer
Job Description
• Assists in analyzing, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing large scaling large complex systems
• Documents complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems
• Configures and monitors security platforms and any other related software (routers/firewalls upgrades, switches configuration, firewall intrusion detection or intrusion prevention)
• Maintains network security devices to enable pro-active network defense within a managed service SOC environment
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in Windows/Unix Operating Systems, security technologies and network architectures
• Understanding of threat actors with the ability to articulate how they operate and demonstrate how they subvert common security controls
• Strong understanding of network services, vulnerabilities and attacks
• Vulnerability management lifecycle knowledge (familiar with CVE’s, CVSS and Mitre)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Cryptography knowledge will be considered a plus
• Certifications will be considered a plus (CISCO, Fortinet, Checkpoint, F5 etc.)
