Master Data & Pricing Specialist

Life is for Fun is the exclusive Master Franchisee of MINISO and INGLOT Cosmetics in Greece. With a growing retail and wholesale presence, our company is expanding rapidly in the lifestyle and cosmetics sectors. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Master Data & Pricing Specialist to support our business operations and ensure accuracy across all product, pricing, and reporting systems.

Αρμοδιότητες

• Create, validate, and maintain product master data (SKUs, barcodes, categories, attributes) in ERP and reporting systems.
• Monitor and update pricing structures across retail and wholesale channels.
• Support the implementation of promotions, discount schemes, and seasonal price updates.
• Provide back office support to Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Product Management, and Retail teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare analytical reports on sales, margins, and pricing performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to support management decisions.
• Ensure timely setup of new products and alignment with global brand guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in master data management, pricing, or business analysis (experience in retail or FMCG will be a strong plus).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
• Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of SoftOne is an asset).
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Power BI ) will be considered a strong asset.
• Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
