Maintenance Supervisor in Facilities Management Office

U.S Embassy in Athens, Greece, is looking for a full -time Maintenance Supervisor in Facilities Management Office.

DUTIES:

• Incumbent is the immediate supervisor of four painters, two masons, one custodian foreman and nine custodians.
• He/She also assists the Facility Supervisor for the work performed by contractors in pre-solicitation preparation (issuing the plans, scope, and budget estimate), quality assurance, schedules, tracking progress, and effecting corrective action if necessary

• A university degree of minimum four years duration in any engineering discipline is required
• Five years’ experience working as a superintendent in civil or private constructions is required
• Greek Level IV (fluent) and English Level III (Good Working Knowledge)
