• Scheduling of deadlines, prioritization and assignment of work for charger installations to team members for the product installations, mainly EV chargers
• Monitoring of teams of the installation department and the associated subcontractors
• Scheduling and monitoring repairs and preventive maintenance within agreed timeframes, ensuring their success (budget, risk, resources)
• Monitoring the resolution of hardware & software issues and SLA deviations
• Setting a schedule for installation of autonomy projects & monitoring them
• Improving the implementation of O&M policies & procedures through teamwork
• Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders regarding O&M activities related to products
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams
• Undertaking the end to end technical management of the projects
• Preparing regular reports and presentations for management, focusing on key performance indicators, field activities and recommendations for improvement

The ideal candidate for the Projects Service Coordinator position should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• Desired equivalent experience in a similar role in construction or field for 3-5 years
• Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with ERP programs.
• Proficient oral and written command of the English language
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
• Management of service teams/ subcontractors
• Sensitivity to health and safety issues
