We are looking for a Marketing Digital & Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing Department.

Role Purpose

The Marketing Digital & Campaign Specialist supports the planning, coordination and monitoring of digital campaigns and integrated marketing activities across multiple channels. The role works closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, performance tracking and alignment with company marketing objectives.

The position also supports coordination and monitoring of community management activities across digital platforms, ensuring consistency of brand tone and structured reporting of customer feedback and insights.

The role requires a proactive and structured working style with close follow-up of campaign execution and agency coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other digital platforms in collaboration with external agencies
  • Support campaign planning aligned with the marketing calendar
  • Monitor campaign execution timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment between creative assets and campaign objectives
  • Ensure timely follow-up with external partners to maintain campaign execution quality and deadlines

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions and reach
  • Support preparation of monthly marketing performance reports
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
  • Assist in performance interpretation using GA4 and platform reporting tools

E-shop Marketing Support

  • Support digital campaign rollout related to the e-shop
  • Coordinate category-based promotional activations
  • Assist in monitoring campaign contribution to traffic and conversions
  • Collaborate with agencies on conversion-focused campaign execution

CRM & Loyalty Communication Support

  • Support implementation of loyalty program communication initiatives
  • Coordinate campaign execution across digital touchpoints
  • Assist in customer engagement activities supporting database growth

Community Management Coordination

  • Coordinate community management activities across social media platforms together with external agencies
  • Monitor incoming customer messages and comments and support response alignment when required
  • Support handling of Google Reviews and customer feedback across digital touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone in responses
  • Escalate customer issues internally when needed
  • Support preparation of community insights reports and identify recurring customer topics and feedback trends

Influencer & Content Coordination

  • Support coordination of influencer collaborations together with agencies
  • Follow campaign rollout timelines and deliverables
  • Assist in aligning influencer content with campaign priorities

Campaign Execution Support

  • Support rollout of seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Assist in coordination of store opening communication activities
  • Ensure alignment between digital and retail campaign communication

Agency Coordination

  • Act as daily contact point for selected marketing agencies
  • Follow up on campaign deliverables and timelines
  • Support briefing preparation and campaign material coordination

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination or community management
  • Experience working with marketing agencies is considered a strong advantage
  • Retail or e-commerce experience will be considered an asset
  • Basic familiarity with:

- Meta Business Manager

- TikTok platform environment

- Google Analytics (GA4)

- Campaign KPI tracking

- Social media community monitoring tools

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned projects
  • Proactive working style with ability to follow up consistently on multiple deliverables
  • Structured and organized approach to campaign coordination
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and agencies
  • Attention to detail and consistency in execution

  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
