ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading company operating in Information Technology sector, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team.

Senior HR Business Partner (6162/SHRBP/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

  • Align departmental goals with corporate strategy by working closely with the leadership team.
  • Take ownership of the full lifecycle of HR policies, from initial draft to continuous optimization.
  • Help managers build high-performing teams through proactive talent mapping and career pathing.
  • Act as the go-to mediator for workplace issues, ensuring every resolution is both fair and compliant.
  • Integrate learning and development initiatives into the daily employee experience.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making using sophisticated HR metrics and KPI tracking.
  • Transform raw employee feedback into actionable growth strategies for the company.
  • Manage the integrity of organizational data, from org charts to comprehensive HR reporting.
  • Cultivate a high-engagement culture by launching meaningful wellness and satisfaction programs.
  • Oversee the benefits portfolio by collaborating with internal teams and external providers.
  • Direct the end-to-end execution of corporate events, including all strategic communications.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and evolving industry trends.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop trusted relationships and effectively influence stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
  • Well-developed analytical thinking, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
