Sommelier

Wine Service: Provide expert wine recommendations and deliver professional wine service to enhance the guest dining experience

Wine Program: Manage the wine list, including selection, purchasing, stock rotation, and cellar organization

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and create memorable pairings

Team Training: Train and support the front-of-house team to build wine knowledge and service confidence

Events: Plan and execute wine dinners, tastings, and special wine-related events

Standards & Compliance: Maintain high standards of hygiene, glassware care, and wine service etiquette

• Proven experience as a Sommelier in fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Formal wine education (e.g., WSET Level 2 or higher) preferred
• Deep knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and food pairings
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Passion for wine and a commitment to continuous learning
