The client is one of the leading companies in the field of Sheet Metal machinery, Software and Accessories, representing some of the most Reputable and Reliable manufacturers in the world.

Workplace is located at the south suburbs of Athens.

Job Description
The Job Holder will be processing the company’s orders via SoftOne ERP and he/she will be responsible for the following:
• Administration of the orders (entering the orders at the ERP, processing them & invoicing them)
• Communication with suppliers & clients, via phone & emails
• Administrating all the relevant documentation for the imported Orders and ensuring the smooth functionality of Operations
• Participation at the preparation of Orders’ shipping

• Relevant experience for at least a year at an Imports (or Exports) department is required
• Very good knowledge of SoftOne ERP
• Excellent knowledge of English language (both verbal and written)
• Degree in logistics will be considered a plus

• Gross Salary 1.000 €
