House management field assistant

We are in search of a full-time operation field employee located in Thessaloniki or at Halkidiki for at least a four-month period. The main responsibilities would be arranging house management procedures like surveilling cleaning procedures and organizing linen and towels welcoming guests and helping them settle down following the steps of our standard warm and hospitable procedure.

ShareInn is a house managing company specialized in touristic summer rentals at the area of Ηalkidiki. Our main job is to carry out all the necessary arrangements in order to provide a warm welcome to travelers from all around the globe making sure that everything is perfectly set at their arrival and keep on supporting them during their stay. Keeping the houses in neat condition is also part of our mission.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills
• Friendly personality with an extremely high emphasis on customer service
• Efficient at multitasking and resolving crises
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of MS Office and general computer literacy
• Consistency and dedication to the goals of the company
• Owner of driving license and possession of a private vehicle
• Experience with Tourism or studies in Business or equivalent (Desired)
• Experienced eye on houses and basic knowledge of DIY (Desired)
• Work as a Freelancer (Desired)
