Responsibilities & Duties
• Create detailed specification documents and mockups for implementation team and assure that project goals are clearly defined
• Create a detailed project plan, define priorities and break down tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
• Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and supplementary tools
• Monitor site performance and identify technical issues
• UAT upon completion of development
• Monitor and study trends and competition on digital services and products
• Improve, develop and maintain an effective and branded user experience across online functionalities and properties
• Analyze and evaluate how services and properties impact on ux and suggest actions
• Collaborate with various corporate functions to design end-to-end services and products
