Position Description
Our resort group, consisting of the 5-star Blue Dream Palace and the 4-star Zoe Hotel, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the full operational performance of both properties. The role includes supervising daily operations, managing staffing plans and schedules, supporting recruitment, and ensuring service excellence across all departments. Close collaboration with the General Manager and continuous communication with guests will be essential to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across both hotels, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to brand standards
- Coordinate and optimize workflows across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and all operational units
- Prepare and manage staff schedules for all departments, ensuring correct coverage, approving day-offs, and adjusting rotas as needed
- Ensure smooth operational planning and quick recovery when unexpected staffing or operational changes occur
- Participate in staff recruitment, seasonal hiring planning, and HR coordination in partnership with the General Manager
- Monitor departmental performance, budgets, and KPIs; propose and implement improvements when necessary
- Track sales performance (rooms, F&B, upselling, ancillary revenue) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain ongoing communication with guests, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally
- Work closely with the General Manager to analyze problems, propose solutions, and support decision-making for both guest-related and internal operational matters
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and legal regulations
- Lead, mentor, train, and motivate teams across departments to foster a positive culture and high standards
- Maintain a visible on-site presence in both hotels to ensure quality control and smooth day-to-day operations
