Total Rewards Specialist (Ref. 6014/TRS/ESS/GR) – Hybrid
About the Role:
As a member of the HR team, the Total Rewards Specialist will support the design, implementation and monitoring of compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate and retain talent. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards & People Analytics, this role focuses on the effective execution of the rewards strategy, ensuring competitiveness, compliance and alignment with employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs under the guidance of the Head of Total Rewards & People Analytics.
- Conduct market benchmarking and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable reward structures.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for business leaders regarding pay, incentives and benefits policies.
- Monitor the effectiveness and utilization of total rewards programs, suggesting improvements where needed.
- Contribute to HR projects related to performance management, recognition and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all areas of compensation and benefits.
- Act as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding total rewards policies and practices.
