Data Analyst (Customer Value Management Unit)
Job description
- Design proactive in-base activities, management of all relative actions, including offer definition and campaign building, aiming to improve customer revenue and reduce churn as well as improve customer satisfaction
- Drive customer insights to meaningful actions
- Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools (primarily Python & SPSS Modeller) on large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets
- Build statistical models to identify most ‘appealing’ target population given appropriate actions
- Work closely with big data team to accelerate model adoption and automation
- Identify trends and actionable commercial insights by analysis of multiple and large data sources
- Collaborate with digital marketing team, commercial tribes and development teams to improve digital channel performance and growth.
- Calculate various CVM related KPIs and interpret results and derive actions / facilitate decision making.
- Contribution in defining marketing strategy by understanding the financial effect of marketing decisions
