Περιγραφή

On behalf of our partner, a global leader in the chemical industry, we are looking for a Receptionist with primary responsibility to provide administrative support, welcome visitors and organize the office. Receptionist will prepare presentations, reports and ensure high safety standards for the building.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The eligible candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Answering and routing incoming phone calls
  • Performing administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, laminating documents, printing labels for the warehouse, sending and receiving mails and packages as well as ordering the vouchers needed
  • Welcoming visitors and assuring that they all sign in the obligatory guest book
  • Tracking stocks and ordering of stationery items
  • Being responsible for the creation, distribution and order of the RFID Employee Entry Cards
  • Arranging accommodation and transportation for partners/employee visits
  • Preparing monthly presentations and reports
  • Monitoring the floor’s good operation and ensuring high safety standards for building (fire extinguishers alarm, garage door, rollers, air conditioners, electrical installations, lift and security cameras

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • PC Knowledge (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Prior working experience as a Receptionist will be considered an asset
