Περιγραφή

Our company is growing dynamically in the real estate sector. We are looking for a Chinese Interpreter/Translator/Executive Administrative Assistant to join our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpretation at meetings (whisper interpreting or consecutive interpreting) for the management and meeting attendees. Also interpret phone calls, in-house discussions, etc.
  • Support the management with translation and/or creation of various documents such as meeting minutes, email, reports, PowerPoint presentations,policies, procedures, etc.
  • Translate between the management and employees in daily work
  • Provide administrative support for the office of the management
  • Other duties as assigned

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • High school degree or Degree from an accredited institution
  • Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Fluent in Greek (written and spoken)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in Administrative support activities
  • Knowledge of office processes, practices, and MS Office software applications
  • Previous experience in Real Estate will be consider an advantage
  • Professionalism, discretion, good judgment ability, adaptable and versatile individual
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective listening and strong verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Driving license
