The responsibilities of the Head of Construction - Building Works and Supervisor of New Projects are the following:

• Monitors new technical projects through all phases of implementation and updates the rest of the technical team (Technical Director and heads of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance) on the progress of these implementations - periodically submits informative reports to the Technical Director with his observations
• Oversees the collaborations of Metal Constructions and Networks, Stainless Steel Constructions and Networks, Building Works, and the Boiler room. For these collaborations performs the following five tasks
• Plans and monitors preventive maintenance and repairs
• Monitors stock and manages spare parts
• Communicates with suppliers and checks orders
• Monitors department expenses and submits relevant reports
• Develops and oversees departmental training by evaluating employees' performance
• Performs the duties of a Technical Safety Officer

For the Head of Construction - Building Works and Supervisor of New Projects, you need to have:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience in a managerial position in the industrial sector
• Expertise in using predictive maintenance programs
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Proficient command of the Greek and English language (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office and Autocad
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
