Diamond Collection Hotels is an awarded modern, upscale hospitality complex, with a customized, warm and professional approach to service. It consists of two hotels, a 4-star Boutique and a 5-star Resort.

Diamond Collection Hotels wishes to recruit a Barman / Barwoman for Season 2026.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in bartending and hospitality experience
• Engaging personality, positive attitude and organization skills
• Excellent knowledge of mixology and serving drinks
• Fluent in the Greek and English language
• Extensive knowledge of menu and all products
• Excellent grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
• Flexibility and adaptability in demanding conditions
• Working knowledge of P.O.S. system
• Passionate and willing to learn with positive working attitude
• Must have eligibility to work in Greece.
