AMC on behalf of its client, a UAE group of companies, is seeking to appoint for its Turkey/Yalova branch based the following.

Position : Business development & Franchisee manager

Level : Senior

Age : 38-45

Place : Turkey

Roles & Responsibilities

Business development

• Develop sales based on a growth strategy (Vertical & Horizontal) focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets, new geography and customer needs
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners or investors;
• Discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Build deep consumer behavioral insights – how they are spending their money, what they are doing, and what their perspectives are – to shape growth and marketing strategies.
• Executes sophisticated consumer and market research studies, from conception through analysis and presentation of the learnings and implications.
• Good financial and business development knowledge needed

Franchisee development

Franchisee Manager will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the franchising business of Company. They will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the franchisor as well as the franchisee.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Background/Previous experience
• Real Estate / Fractional Ownership / Tourism/ Hospitality
• B2B & B2C Business development experience
• 5 years minimum, Franchising experience with track record
• 5 years minimum, business development experience with track record

Skills Required
• Selling: Concepts, Business Strategy, Corporate services, Marketing, PR. Should be very good at Sales and Business Development.
• Communication: Presentations to CXOs, inter-office coordination
• Personality: Great Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication and a pleasing personality.
• Analytical: Understand franchisor businesses and ability to match franchisee’s requirements with franchisor’s vision.
• Track Record: Go Getter, Must have Persistence, Result Oriented and be able to achieve revenue targets. Must have a proven track record.
• Leadership: Multi-tasker with leadership skills and hunger for growth.
• Organization: Profiling, time and resource management
• PC: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Social Networking.
• Fluent English is a must (Speaking & Writing)
