Randstad is looking for an Customer Care Back Office Supervisor on behalf of ZeniΘ, the 1st provider of integrated energy in Greece, with natural gas and electricity!

As a Customer Care Back Office Supervisor your duties will be the following:
  • Manage a team of Back Office operations employees and ensure smooth running of the Back Office procedures
  • Provide guidance, feedback and support to the employees
  • Identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions to meet performance goals
  • Support and contribute to initiatives and strategies to improve efficiency, quality and productivity
  • Monitor team’s actions in order to ensure that provided information and serving is aligned with Company’s policies and procedures
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Goal tracking, design of proposals and actions necessary to achieve them
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Develop and implement improvement plans when needed

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Care Back Office Supervisor is a professional with:

  • BSc degree
  • Master degree will be an asset
  • At least 3 years of prior work experience in similar position
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet)
  • Very Good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Management skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to understand the needs of the customer
