As a  Digital Procurement Specialist your responsibilities will be:

• Evaluate Digital/IT procurement needs across various projects to ensure clear alignment on requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct smart market research to identify and vet reliable IT service providers.
• Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFQ process for software, hardware, cloud, and professional IT services.
• Partner with suppliers to secure the best pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to draft, standardize, and track compliant contracts from start to finish.
• Keep procurement documentation and help drive automation and digital transformation within the team.
• Work closely with tech teams, business stakeholders, and regional procurement units to smash sourcing goals.

The ideal candidate for the position of Group Digital Procurement Specialist will have:

• 5+ years in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within complex, fast-paced environments.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, cloud services, and software licensing.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (like SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle) and MS Office.
• Power BI skills are a major plus.
• Fluency in both English and Greek
