Your key responsibilities as an After Sales Administrator will include:

• Managing communication with international and local dealers for spare parts inquiries
• Coordinating logistics and shipments to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Drafting and following up on offers and quotations for clients
• Supporting sales team with administrative tasks such as travel expenses, fleet management etc.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

For the role of an After Sales Administrator you should have:

• Degree in maritime studies or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
• 2-3 years of previous experience as sales administrator or relevant position in this sector
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
