LMW is seeking for an enthusiastic and versatile IT Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent for our diverse portfolio of clients.

As an IT Recruiter, you will work closely with IT clients to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Involve actively end to end in recruiting process
  • Cover recruiting needs effectively and efficiently by conducting interviews
  • Create technical job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Update and organize candidate data, maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the database
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates' data, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
  • Use social and professional networking sites to source candidates
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Contribute to the implementation of new HR processes
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices

Requirements:​

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Recruiting
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master's Degree in Business, Human Resourse Management or a related field
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices, with a focus on agency-specific methodologies
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
