Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible to plan, organize, direct and control the restaurant operation and administration, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and financial results according to the company standards.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise personnel with responsibilities for hiring, induction, orientation, training and compliance with high operational excellence standards
• Ensure quality of meals presentation and high service standards
• Ensure proper safety and sanitation in the restaurant
• Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
• Manage staff; identify training needs and implement training to ensure maximum performance
• Greet customers, handle all requests and complaints with an exceptionally professional manner; organize table reservations
• Ensure that all restaurant staff adheres to Ikos Resorts uniform and grooming standards
• Organize and supervise shifts of servicing and restaurant cleaning staff
