CFO – Cyprus (Ref. 3473/CFO/ESS/GR)
The CFO will oversee and be accountable for all aspects of finance activities in the country, monitoring two ship management companies and driving continuous optimization through effective support and control.
Principal Accountabilities

Ensure full compliance with the Head offices, regarding implementation, maintenance and development of all necessary financial controls, policies and procedures.

Report in timely manner to the Group Finance Team regarding all new relevant points in terms of cost savings, cash flow, conflicts of interest.

Follow up on audits, and be in close collaboration with the Head offices Internal Audit department.

Review and ensure accounts are up to date; develop and maintain the DPO.

Follow tax structure with responsibilities of adherence to international transfer pricing guidelines working closely with the Group Tax officer.

Manage continuous improvement processes for the finance function, including recommending and implementing operational efficiencies and improving working practices.

Lead, coach and motivate the teams.
