Cost Controller

With a history dating back to 1987, the hotel features 340 rooms and a team of 230 rofessionals and trainees, delivering high-quality services within a stunning natural environment.

As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit, for season 2026 an experienced Cost Controller to lead our renewed project.

As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs across our hotel. You will be responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing expenditure, and implementing cost-saving strategies while ensuring high operational standards and guest satisfaction. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar finance role in the hospitality or resort industry.
• Strong understanding of cost control principles and financial analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel setting.
