The responsibilities of this Area Supervisor position are to:

• Develop customer plans and cultivating build strong relationships with clients
• Execute the customer strategy and business plan aligned with sales objectives
• Grow the business of the customer through the company's products in order to achieve the growth & profit business targets
• Develop and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with clients, plan sales activities and continuously follow up, evaluate and optimize the business with the customers
• Analyze market dynamics, assess customer requirements, and monitor competitor activities to devise impactful sales strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer contentment and product accessibility

The Area Supervisor should have the following:

• BSc degree in economics or similar sector could be considered as an asset
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
  
• A demonstrated experience in sales as area manager, distributor management, or category management
• Preferred experience in the commercial food-service/HORECA segments
• Good understanding of business financials, including P&L
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English language
• Availability to travel
